For all services facilitated and lead by PMO Forward, the point of contact for our client partners should have a cursory knowledge of project management processes, tools, and techniques. PMO Forward provides mentoring and training during the Discovery and Implementation phases.

For self-guided/training services provided by PMO Forward, the point of contact for our client partners should be an experiences project manager who has a strong understanding of project management concepts, as identified by the project management Institute (PMI).
It is expected the project management point of contact for our client partners will have a key role in the maintenance, sustainability, and growth of their PMO services and functionality.
