Discovery Phase
PMO Forward has created a systematic and structured approach to effectively identify an organization's goals, strategies, issues, and objectives. Created from surveys, interviews, meetings, process, procedure, and document reviews - deliverables include a Comprehensive Organizational Assessment, Readiness Assessment, Gap Analysis, and Business Case.
The business case details the value, planning, costs, and resources required to strategically move to their desired future state.
Project/Implementation Phase
In the Project/Implementation Phase, information obtained through the Discovery Phase is leveraged. Collaboratively, a project plan is created, and recommended changes are implemented utilizing the Project Management Life Cycle, and tailored to the specific needs of our client partners.
Deliverables from the Project/Implementation Phase include, project management document deliverables,
introduction of new processes, strategies, templates, KPI's, reporting mechanisms, and enhanced strategy and decision making abilities.
Client Experience
From the Discovery Phase, client partners are able to clearly understand their organization's current state, readiness to desired future state, gaps, opportunities, risks, and required resource commitments. The Business Case, a deliverable of the Discovery Phase, identifies the level of effort and resources required to meet their future state goals, clearly showing a Cost -vs- Value Proposition.
